Bluestacks, as of now, is not available for Ubuntu. I presume that what you need is an Android Emulator to run Android apps on Ubuntu.
There are some other alternatives you may look into:
- Genymotion: It is an open source Android VM project. It is fast, highly customizable and very easy to use. After installation, the OS version to be downloaded can be chosen and its appearance on Ubuntu can be customized. SO far, the best Android Emulator I have come across after Bluestacks. Moreover, it is available for Windows too. However, one should have VirtualBox installed on the computer in order to run the emulator (download from the given link or from the Software Center). You may follow the instructions given by Sushant Pankaj in his answer.

- Android Virtual Device (AVD): AVD comes bundled with the Android SDK. It is usually used by app developers to test their apps and can thus also be used as an emulator. However, it is sometimes slow and buggy.

- Bluestacks on Wine: Wine is used to run Windows applications on Ubuntu. I'm not sure whether Bluestacks can work on it. Some of the Windows applicatios may not run on Wine, or may not perform well. So, it's completely your choice whether to use Wine. I would not recommend using it though.
Wine can be downloaded from the Software Center or from the given link:
